While Thale U Hotel has a separate meeting room for up to 100 people, the Restaurant and Dining Hall can also be set up to accommodate functions of up to 100 persons.
On request four breakout rooms connecting to the meeting room, for a maximum of 10 persons each, are available.
Audio (two speaker and multi microphone sound system) and visual (LCD projector and screen) meeting equipment are provided by the hotel as part of the package.
Lunch and Tea / Coffee Break arrangements can be made with the hotel’s restaurant based on additional charges.
Standard meeting room decoration (two or three flower bouquets) is part of the package.
A multitude of special decoration arrangements can be prepared by the hotel on request (Link to “Contact”) based on additional charges.
